Refund Policy
When and how refunds are issued for SuperTech (STICS) courses.
Overview
We want you to be confident in your choice. That’s why every course starts with a free demo class, so you can experience our teaching before paying anything. There is no admission fee.
Try before you pay
Booking a free demo carries no cost and no obligation. We encourage every prospective student to attend one before enrolling.
Refund eligibility
If you withdraw within the first week of classes, before more than two sessions have been delivered, you may request a refund of the course fee, less any non-refundable charges noted below. After the first week, fees are generally non-refundable.
Installment plans
If you pay in installments, any refund applies only to the eligible portion of the fee you have actually paid, after deducting sessions attended and the non-refundable items below. Installments are not a separate charge and remain part of the course fee.
Non-refundable items
- Materials or kits already issued to you.
- Sessions already attended, charged on a pro-rata basis.
- Any third-party examination or certification fees paid on your behalf.
How to request a refund
Email info@stics.edu.pk or visit the campus office with your receipt and enrollment details. Our team will review your request and confirm the eligible amount.
Processing time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method or by agreed arrangement.
