Information you give us

We only collect what you choose to share through our forms. Depending on which form you use, this may include:

• Apply or book a free demo: your name, your father’s name, phone or WhatsApp number, gender, city and the course you’re interested in, plus any message or preferred demo date and time.
• Contact: your name, phone number, an optional email address, a subject and your message.
• Download brochure: your name and email address, so we can send you the prospectus.
• Careers: your name, email, phone number, how you heard about us, an optional cover note and the CV file you upload.

We do not ask you to create an account or password, and we do not collect payment-card details through this website.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you submit a form or verify a certificate. We use this only to keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and apply fair-use rate limits. This security data is kept in a small file on our own server; it is not used to track you, profile you or serve advertising.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiries and process your application;
• confirm course schedules, fees and demo classes;
• send you the brochure or information you requested;
• review and respond to job applications;
• keep the website secure and prevent spam;
• where you have asked us to, send course updates and announcements.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are saved into the STICS admissions system, our own student management portal, so our team can follow up with you. Uploaded CVs are stored securely within that system. We keep your details only as long as needed to assist you, to meet our admissions and recruitment records, or as required by law.

Third-party services

To run the website we rely on a few trusted third-party services, which may receive limited data (such as your IP address) when a page loads:

• Google reCAPTCHA, to protect our forms from spam and abuse, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy;
• Google Maps, to show our campus location on the Contact page;
• Google Fonts, to display the site’s typography;
• image hosting providers, to deliver some course and blog images.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We only share data with providers who help us operate, or where required by law.

Cookies

This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics that profile you. The only cookies you may receive come from the embedded Google services above (reCAPTCHA and Maps), which set them for security and functionality. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the forms and the map may not work fully if those cookies are blocked.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit who can access it. When the site is served over HTTPS, the data you submit is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
